Titanium, Surgical Steel and PVD
Avoid abrasive substances that can damage the finish of polished metals. Gritty materials will ruin the anodising of titanium products and can damage PVD coatings.

Wood and Bone
We do not recommend soaking wood items in liquid for long periods of time. This material can swell and warp when exposed to excessive moisture. Avoid chemicals and solvents on organic items. A mild soap and a damp lint free cloth is recommended for regular cleaning.

Silicon and Acrylic
Do not clean these items with chemicals or solvents as this can damage the surface of the item. Avoid long term sun exposure as this can cause deterioration resulting in cracks or damage.

Stone, Glass and Shell
We recommend not inserting and removing these styles of jewellery over hard surfaces such as tiles. These items are fragile. This jewellery material can chip or crack if dropped. Avoid chemicals and solvents on organic items. A mild soap and damp lint free cloth is recommended for regular cleaning.

Solid Gold
Gold is a softer metal so care must be taken when handling these items. Excessive force or scrubbing can damage shape and finish.

Sterling Silver
With wear oils and sweat can cause tarnishing of the jewellery. This leads to a blackening in colour over time. This can be rectified by using a silver polish or polishing cloth to remove the tarnished surface and return the jewellery to its original shiny finish.

Charms and Decorative Features
These can be fragile. Treat them gently to prolong longevity. Avoid abrasive substances as these can damage plating and lead to discoloration.
